The sky of flats

Do you remember that scene from Dead Poets Club when Robin Williams climbs on the table to explain that from above the perspective always changes and the problems seem smaller? Well, it is just what happens when you live in an attic like me, that the problems disappear.

I have 200 square meters and three very spacious terraces that will become the best place for those meals with friends that last until dawn, for family dinners in which there is always something to toast and the laughs become the best ambient music.

I have four bedrooms and two full bathrooms, all of them very bright and with built-in wardrobes. I also have a garage space, because I don’t want you to waste time looking for a parking space, I want you to come straight to me.

I am one step away from Avenida de Francia, an ideal area where you will find large shopping centers and trendy restaurants, but which is located in front of the City of Arts and Sciences and the riverbed. I also have a common area with garden and pool. What more could you ask for?
